More Affordable Queens Neighborhoods Giving LIC a Run For Its Money
Several neighborhoods in Queens are now giving Long Island City a run for its money. A new report by the real estate group Modern Spaces shows neighborhoods like Flushing, Rego Park and Sunnyside are offering more affordable options.
